Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sinarc's website and services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Sinarc for any service or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sinarc provides data platform engineering, analytics engineering, AI governance, data product development, and related consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable Sinarc to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement
  • Grant timely access to systems, data, and personnel as required
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure they have the right to share any data provided to Sinarc

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom deliverables produced specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. Sinarc retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and any intellectual property developed independently of the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Sinarc will not disclose client data or business information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in each engagement agreement. Sinarc reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts. Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sinarc's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question. Sinarc is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Data Handling

Any personal data processed by Sinarc on behalf of a client will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for sharing personal data with us.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees covering work completed to date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms
